AIXcel provides AI-generated social media content, marketing tools, and business growth automation for Australian trade businesses. This includes daily captions, hashtags, video scripts, SEO analysis, lead generation tools, and advertising campaign templates.
AIXcel uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for quality and relevance, AI-generated content may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing all content before posting. AIXcel does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective for your specific situation.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. You grant AIXcel a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised content data to improve our AI models.
AIXcel offers monthly subscription plans. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. Plans automatically renew each month unless cancelled. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Free trials last 7 days. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. AIXcel does not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact aj@aixcel.net for assistance.
AIXcel provides tools and content to support your marketing efforts. We do not guarantee specific business results, follower growth, lead volumes, or revenue increases. Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control.
You agree not to use AIXcel to create content that is false, defamatory, harmful, illegal, or in violation of any third-party rights. You are responsible for all content you publish using our tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AIXcel's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding month. AIXcel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at aixcel.net/privacy.html.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
